The recipient of a nursing scholarship loan agrees upon completion of the required training to practice in Oklahoma or at the sponsoring institution a full calendar year for each academic year or fraction thereof that a loan is received. The minimum service obligation is one year. The term "practice" as used herein shall mean service in the discipline after obtaining a license or the award of a degree in nursing, whichever is most recent, under the loan program.
