Section 540:30-17-4 - Verification of practice; affidavit

During the practice period, the loan recipient shall furnish an affidavit by the end of each year verifying the period of practice in order that a note may be cancelled. (The Commission reserves the right to conduct its own inquiries in verifying fulfillment of loan commitments).
