Section 540:30-17-2 - Licensure examinations

(a) Following the completion of required coursework, licensure examinations will be completed as soon as possible after notification of eligibility;

(b) If the recipient fails to pass the first two successive licensure examinations offered following the completion of required coursework, the recipient's note(s) become due and payable.
