Section 540:30-11-3 - Security for the loan

(a) Each loan will be secured by a contract signed by the recipient and spouse if applicable.

(b) Each loan will be secured by a contract signed by the recipient and a parent if the recipient is under 23 years of age and an unemancipated minor.

(c) If a recipient shows little or no income, each loan will be secured by a contract signed by the recipient and the person providing support for the recipient.
