Section 50:10-1-13 - Cadaver use fee(a) The Board's Agent will charge the institution or individual requesting anatomical specimens a Cadaver Use Fee approved by the Board, which shall be based upon the average cost, per specimen of operating the Agent including, but not limited to, supplies, embalming, transportation, cremation and utilities.(b)Penalty for failure to remit fees. The authority to receive and hold bodies may be revoked upon failure to transmit such fees. Revocation is automatic if the institution fails to pay the fees under protest after the determination by the executive director that no fee has been received within 30 days after final warning to the delinquent organization, institution, or individual. Fees paid under protest may be contested by a hearing.Okla. Admin. Code § 50:10-1-13
