Section 5:11-5-5 - Abstracts furnished without delay

Failure by a certificate holder to furnish an abstract, abstract extension, supplemental abstract, or final title report within the time periods of 1 O.S. § 32 shall be deemed to constitute unnecessary delay, unless the reason for the delay was beyond the control of the abstractor.
