Section 465:15-1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this Chapter is to implement the intent of the legislature as declared in the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission Law by regulating the advertising of Commission licensees by requiring truthful and accurate advertising practices for the benefit of the citizens of this State.
