The official seal of the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission shall be as follows: The official star of the State of Oklahoma bordered by the inscription, Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission. The Executive Director shall be the custodian of the official seal. The Commission shall affix the imprint or facsimile thereof to the appropriate license certificates issued by the Commission.
