Documents obtained during the course of a directed investigation or fact finding conference shall be maintained in an investigative file. The investigative file shall be confidential pursuant to Section 24A.7(A)(1) of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes and the rules in this chapter. A party to the appeal or his or her designated representative may review the documents in the investigative file and listen to a recording of his or her interview. This review shall be limited to the time between the issue date of the investigative report up to 10 calendar days after the issue date of the Determination of the Executive Director.
