Section 455:10-19-38 - Leave and travel
(a) An employee who has filed a formal grievance, or witnesses whose attendance is required, shall not be charged leave to attend meetings held to decide the grievance.
(b) Approved travel and other expenses incurred to resolve a formal grievance shall be reimbursed by the employing agency in accordance with the State Travel Reimbursement Act.
