Section 442:10-2-3.1 - Withdrawal of a caregiver's authorization

(a) A medical marijuana patient license holder may withdraw a caregiver's license at any time by providing written or electronic notification to the Authority, on the Authority provided form, and the Authority shall immediately withdraw the license. This withdrawal shall not be subject to appeal.

(b) Upon notice from the Authority that the caregiver's license has been withdrawn, the caregiver shall immediately return his or her license to the Authority.
