Section 432:10-1-1 - Purpose

The provisions of this Chapter have been adopted for the purpose of setting forth procedures for the refund of the Fee authorized by 52 O.S., Section 703, on oil and natural gas, including casinghead gas, produced from wells within the State of Oklahoma.
