Section 390:20-1-11 - Notice of compliance with employment standards

(a) A properly completed CLEET Initial Reserve Academy application must be submitted through CLEET's online portal at least ten (10) business days prior to the applicable Reserve Pre-Academy review.

(b) Credit for CLEET Reserve Academy Training shall be given only to bonafide properly appointed, properly enrolled reserve peace officers.
