Section 390:15-4-7 - Course testing(a) All academic BPOC course testing shall be subject to the entity's testing and grading system with the exception that under no circumstances shall a course grade of less than 80 percent for First Aid, and successful achievement on other cognitive examinations or performance tests shall be at a standard established by CLEET for a course offering which contains a portion of the CLEET basic Academy instructional goals and objectives. (b) BPOC skills training courses shall meet the minimum grading standards set forth for the CLEET Basic Academy skills training programs. (c) Practical application exercises may be evaluated at a standard established by the BPOC entities so long as such standard meets or exceeds CLEET standards. Okla. Admin. Code § 390:15-4-7
