Section 38:10-13-5 - Failure to complete continuing education or submit verification(a) Failure of a licensee to complete continuing education requirements or submit such records shall constitute failure to renew a license or certification and may result in forfeiture of the individual's rights and privileges granted by the license or certificate.(b) Failure of a candidate for licensure to complete continuing education requirements and submit proof of completion to the Board no later than December 31 of each year shall result in automatic suspension of the authorization to practice under the supervision as a candidate. The suspension will remain in effect until proof of completion of the continuing education is submitted to the Board. The application shall be deemed void if proof of completion is not submitted by April 1.Okla. Admin. Code § 38:10-13-5
