Section 375:30-11-1 - Function; Scope

This subchapter outlines the general procedures to be followed, in the absence of more specific administrative rule, in submitting samples or evidence to the OSBI Laboratory and the disposition of such samples or evidence after analysis or testing by OSBI Laboratory.
