Section 375:2-1-8 - Post offer drug screening
(a) All applicants for employment who are selected for such employment and accept a conditional offer of employment as a commissioned law enforcement officer, or in an employment position that handles or uses a firearm or other items in the OSBI weapons arsenal shall undergo a post offer drug screening.
(b) Prior to undergoing such a post offer drug screening, each such applicant given a conditional offer of employment shall read and sign a post offer drug screen consent form and fully complete an OSBI applicant drug questionnaire.
