Section 375:2-1-6 - Background investigation
(a) All applicants for employment who are selected for such employment and accept a conditional offer of employment shall undergo a background investigation in order to determine his/her suitability for employment with the OSBI.
(b) All such applicants given a conditional offer of employment shall be fingerprinted by an employee of the OSBI for the purpose of assisting in that background investigation.
(c) All such applicants given a conditional offer of employment shall sign all releases and documents necessary to perform that background investigation including, but not limited to:
(1) Release of liability and authorization for background investigation conducted by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation,
(2) Release for educational and disciplinary records and release from liability;
(3) Application for Search and Certified Copy of Birth Certificate,
(4) Request for Military Records and Release from Liability
(5) Request for Tax Records.
