Section 365:25-7-61 - Purpose and severability

(a) The purpose of this regulation is to set forth rules and procedural requirements that the commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of Sections 5121 to 5125 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma statutes (the Act). The actions and information required by this regulation are declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the ceding insurers in this state.

(b) If any provision of this regulation, or the application to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the regulation and the application of the provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected.
