Section 365:25-11-1 - Approval of viatical settlement contracts by Commissioner pursuant to 36 O.S. Section 4055.5Viatical settlement contracts filings pursuant to 36 O.S. § 4055.5 shall be filed with the Rate and Form Compliance Division of the Insurance Department.
