This regulation is promulgated by the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to 36 O.S. § 1510(A)(4)(iii) and 36 O.S. § 4029(H)(4)(h)(vi) of the Oklahoma Insurance Laws and O.A.C. 365:10-17-4(a) and (b) of the Oklahoma Insurance Department Regulations.
