When a mediation session is adjourned, the mediator shall forward the signed Agreement to Mediate a Dispute, Rules of Conduct for Outside Parties Attending Mediation Hearing, Mediation Agreement and Record of Termination forms to the Program Director at the Oklahoma Insurance Department. The Program Director shall submit an annual report to the Administrative Director of the Courts no later than July 30 of each year, in compliance with Rule 13 of the Rules and Procedures for the Dispute Resolution Act.
