Section 35:15-9-9 - Submission of record sales
(a) The permit holder may submit to the Department a record identifying each animal consigned on or before the fifteenth day of the month after the special sale. The record shall include the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the consignor, and the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the purchaser.
(b) A permit holder who submits records pursuant to the provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall not be required to comply with the provisions of paragraph 5 of OAC 35:15-9-8.
