Section 35:15-9-7 - Application

(a) Any person shall obtain a permit prior to conducting a livestock special sale from the Department.

(b) Each application for a Livestock Special Sale permit shall include:

(1) Name and address of person requesting permit;

(2) Location of sale premises;

(3) Date and time of sale; and

(4) Signature, email address, and telephone number of person requesting the permit.
