Section 35:15-45-35 - Notifying the community about affected herds

Program officials will notify animal owners within a radius determined by the designated brucellosis epidemiologist when any herd is placed under quarantine for brucellosis. Owners shall be notified by letter within 30 days of the quarantine date.
