Section 35:1-12-6 - Grant program announcements
(a)Applicant notification. The Department will notify potential applicants through direct mailings, news releases, personal contact and other appropriate means.
(b)Announcement inOklahoma Register.A program announcement will be published in the Oklahoma Register in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act.
