Section 340:2-22-1 - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) donated foods

USDA donated foods are available to eligible outlets statewide. These foods are referred to as commodities and are delivered to specified receiving points statewide. Guidelines and eligibility requirements for the USDA donated foods program are located in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Chapter 7 Parts 210, 220, 215, 235, and 250.
