Parti cipant data is collected via the SCSEP Performance and Results QPR (SPARQ) system only for its respective service area to comply with the requirements of the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) Data Collection and SCSEP Data Validation Handbooks. Participant paper case files and information entered into SPARQ are used to verify compliance with data validation.
