Section 330:80-3-2 - Funding activities

Eligible Funding Activities may include, but are not limited to:

(1) New construction of rental and homeownership units.

(2) Down payment and/or closing costs assistance for eligible homebuyers.

(3) Costs to administer the program.

(4) Other activities related to housing.
