Section 317:35-18-11 - Data collection and reporting

The PACE provider must:

(1) collect data to comply with reporting requirements in provider application;

(2) generate and maintain monthly reports from collected data;

(3) make the reports available to the OHCA; and

(4) comply with all data requests as specified by the OHCA within 30 days of such requests.
