Section 317:30-5-70.3 - Prescriber identification numbers(a) Pharmacies must use the prescriber's National Provider Identification (NPI) number to identify the prescribing provider.(b) To comply with Federal law, claims for covered over-the-counter products must be prescribed by a health care professional with prescriptive authority. The claim should be submitted using the prescriber name and NPI number .Okla. Admin. Code § 317:30-5-70.3
