Section 317:30-5-1042 - Memorandum of agreement A Memorandum of Agreement between the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) and the Organized Heath Care Delivery System (OHCDS) must be in effect before reimbursement can be made for compensable services. The agreement outlines the contractual and subcontractual requirements for reimbursement. This agreement provides that the OHCDS is responsible for the Medicaid state share required for federal financial participation for all Residential Behavior Management Services (RBMS) provided to custody children in residential group homes.
