Section 317:1-1-13 - Rulemaking

The Authority will follow the provisions of Article I of the Administrative Procedures Act, Sections 250.2 to 257 and 301 to 308.2 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in rulemaking proceedings.
