Section 310:679-9-3 - [Effective until 9/14/2024] Disapproval of continuing education programs

(a) Upon disapproval, the sponsor shall be notified of the missing requirements.

(b) The program sponsor may submit additional information and documentation to address previously identified missing requirements.
