Section 310:679-10-42 - [Effective until 9/14/2024] Internship exemption

The Department may waive the internship requirement, wholly or in part, for applicants who have demonstrated the successful completion of a formal internship program that meets or exceeds Department requirements, such as in another state or in a NAB accredited long-term care degree program.
