Section 310:679-10-35 - [Effective until 9/14/2024] Documentation of internship requirements

(a) At the conclusion of each module of training, the preceptor will document the intern's progress.

(b) Module completion will be documented on the checklist submitted by the preceptor to the Department and that accompanies the final preceptor intern review form.
