Section 310:675-5-17 - [1] Waste processing services

Space and facilities shall be provided for the sanitary storage and disposal of waste by incineration, mechanical destruction, compaction, containerization, removal, or by a combination of these techniques.

¹In the initial codification of this agency's rules on 12-31-91, this Section was misnumbered as 310:675-3-17. Upon discovery of this error on 9-12-94, the number was changed to 310:675-5-17.
