Section 310:669-1-3 - Rounding of numbers

The Department shall take the pro rata distributions to the second decimal point or hundredths place (.00) by rounding back from the third or thousandths place (.000).

¹This emergency action expired before being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency amendatory action, the last prior permanent text is reinstated. Therefore, on 7-15-10 (after the 7-14-10 expiration of the emergency action), the text of section 310:669-1-3 reverted back to the permanent text that became effective 6-11-01, as was last published in the 2006 Edition of the OAC, and remained as such until amended again by permanent action on 7-25-10.
