Section 310:643-5-3 - [Effective until 9/14/2024] Distribution of funds

Upon completion of the evaluation process, recipients will be notified of award. Funding will be distributed in accordance with state law. Recipients will be required to follow all legal and contractual requirements to be eligible for funding. Applications that do not meet any of the statutory requirements will not be eligible to receive an award.
