Section 310:643-5-1 - [Effective until 9/14/2024] Evaluation of submissions

The Department will redact all identifiable information from each submission and provide all redacted applications to the evaluation panel for review. Evaluators will:

(1) Sign an attestation affirming no financial or other direct personal interest in any of the applications;

(2) Review all redacted applications independently of other evaluators; and

(3) Complete the electronic scoring sheet based upon the scoring rubric.
