Section 310:258-7-9 - Milk products

(a) Food products listed below shall meet standards as specified in 2 O.S. Section 7-401 et seq.

(1) Frozen milk products, such as ice cream; and

(2) Cheese.

(b) Milk products shall be obtained pasteurized and in compliance with Grade A Standards.
