Section 310:257-7-99 - Mechanical washing(a) Except as specified in (b) of this Section, linens shall be mechanically washed.(b) In food establishments in which only wiping cloths are laundered as specified under OAC 310:257-7-54(b), the wiping cloths may be laundered in a mechanical washer, sink designated only for laundering wiping cloths, or a warewashing or food preparation sink that is cleaned as specified under OAC 310:257-7-65.Okla.
