Section 310:210-9-7 - Law and rules available; services rendered

(a) Copies of the State Barber Law and Rules and Regulations furnished by the Department to school or college owners for their libraries shall be made available to each student for study.

(b) All services rendered in a barber school on patrons shall be done by students only. Instructors shall be allowed to teach and aid the students in performing the various barber services; however, they shall not be permitted to finish up the patron after the students have completed their work.
