Section 310:210-7-9 - Cleanliness of personnel

Each barber, barber apprentice, instructor, or graduate-apprentice shall wear uniforms or clean clothes at all times. The barber, barber apprentice, graduate-apprentice, and instructor shall cleanse his/her hands thoroughly with a disinfectant soap and clean water before attending each patron and after visiting the toilet.
