A safe and adequate water supply of continuous hot and cold running potable water shall be provided in each barber shop, school, and college. Where a public water systems is available, a connection shall be made thereto, otherwise, the water shall be obtained from a supply meeting the requirements set by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
