A copy of school or college rules shall be posted in a conspicuous place in each school or college. Each student shall be notified of revised rules and the effective date, not less than two (2) weeks prior to the planned effective date. School or college owners shall be strictly responsible for employees and their actions at the school or college to ensure compliance with the barber law and rules.
