After notice and an opportunity to be heard in accordance with Chapter 45 of this Title, a permit issued pursuant to these rules may be suspended or revoked by GRDA upon a finding that the permit holder has violated any rule provided for herein. Additionally, the holder of the permit may be assessed costs which may include expenses necessary for the reclamation, restoration, and/or clean-up of GRDA land and waters and any other fee, penalty or fine as authorized by statute.
