Section 260:80-1-7 - Authority

The State Agency for Surplus Property operates under the authority and supervision of the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services pursuant to the provisions of 80 O. S., Section 34.1 et. seq. (Appendix A), 40 USC 549 and 41 CFR 102-37.
