Section 260:45-1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to outline the structure of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Employees Group Insurance Division (EGID), to outline the use and confidentiality of members' personal health information and to identify the availability and procedures to be used to access a grievance hearing.
