Before any employee can participate in any prohibited activity described in the constitution or laws of the State of Oklahoma or rules promulgated thereunder, such employee must resign or be subject to the penalty provided by law. The Appointing Authority shall report such alleged prohibited activity to the appropriate authority in writing.
